The Roadford House Bed & Breakfast

We just arrived in Doolin after a long trip from Dingle midway at the Spanish point Armada Hotel.
The Doolin hotel and the Armada hotel are the only places to get the Dooliner beer Ireland. The Irish describe it as a mix between Smithwick's and Guinness with its smooth red texture.

It was a rough drive through the rain but the sun just started to shine aas we approach the Cliffs of Moher and drove into doolin.

Upon arrival at the Roadford house bed-and-breakfast Marion our host showed us to our beautiful room with a great view of doolin and the folk festival.
We were incredibly happy with the price of less than €100 pps for two nights and it includes a five star dinner.
Lauren ordered the haddock and I ordered chicken three ways both of them were amazing. We joked around with Marian for a little bit talking about how Ireland isn't known for its good food . She said things have changed, they learned how to use herbs and Ireland is now up there with the best of the European countries.

Marion was happy to take a few of our Guinness is to the fridge because out room didn't have a mini fridge and we started to get ready for the Doolin folk Festival...

The Roadford house bed-and-breakfast was the best bed-and-breakfast we have ever been to in Ireland.

When we arrived in Doolin Ireland we were worried about getting to the Duneland folk festival from our bed-and-breakfast. It turned out to only be a five minute walk and Marian are host was more than accommodating in the Roadford house bed-and-breakfast.

The food here is beyond gourmet for Ireland standards. Here are just a few pictures of breakfast & dinner at the Roadford house bed-and-breakfast.

Marion was even nice enough to exchange euros for US dollars for us because there is no banking in doolin.
Finally here is the beautiful Roadford house bed-and-breakfast dog Beans who we let into our bedroom to hang out in between sets at the doolin folk Festival.
Roadford house bed-and-breakfast Was an amazing stop on our trip totally refreshing and exquisitely relaxing.
